Shotgun stats say Broncos molding offense specifically for Tebow – Denver Post
For some reason, I get a lot of e-mails, hear some talk show chatter, and get questions from friends that wonder if Broncos bosses John Elway and John Fox are purposely setting up Tim Tebow to fail. It started with the trade of No. 1 receiver …
I used my SNT as an H.D. gun, and it was very unsettling when the tubbing would not retain the shells after a long period of time. I have read that this is normal, and that it is not designed to hold the shells 24/7, that it is better suited to hold the shells for an 8 hour shift per say. Depending on your use and expectations, you may or may not like them, I dont know how you are going to be using them. Good luck with your shoty, I have always loved the M3, but could never pony up the cash of one. Pics would be greatly appreciated aippi 6/30/2010 1:54:40 PM Good stuff and good people to deal with. They are on the top of the list in customer service. What happens on these web sites is some guy gets something and has an issue. The company makes it right and he still complains. I am a Mesa dealer and only know of two issues. One was that the vendor Mesa uses for their screws, changed to screws made in china and the heads were snapping off. Mesa posted the info on their web site and anyone buying a shell holder with this issue simply contacted them and got a new install kit with american screws. The second issue was the trigger plate pins in one of the Mossberg 500 Accessories semi-autos. If you understand the + – in any machining process, you have to guestion if the issue was more on the weapon then on the accessory because they work fine on some of that model and not on others. If the issue was on Mesa, then they would not work on any weapon of that model. Buy thier stuff with confidence. I do and I feature their stuff on my high end weapons. CJan_NH 7/1/2010 2:37:25 AM Thank you both very much for your feedback-I truly appreciate your help Aippi, I know exactly where you’re coming from about tolerance stacking. It’s awfully nice to know that Mesa has excellent customer service in case I ever need it. My parts arrived Wednesday morning, and I was immediately struck by the overall component quality. There were several nice touches that I didn’t expect, like heli-coil thread inserts on the rail mount. The Mesa side saddle is lightyears beyond the broken plastic unit it replaced. As requested, here are some pics with the new parts trial mounted: By opting for the six shell carrier I knew that I would have to notch the forend in order to run the gun in manual mode: I had my doubts about the viability of a single screw mounting system, but the carrier matches the contour of the receiver perfectly. There is no play in the carrier whatsoever: One small issue I’m having is that if I tighten the screws on the rail mount too tight the follower binds in the magazine tube. Any ideas? My last mount did precisely the same thing, so this is clearly not Mesa’s fault. I’ll get it figured out one way or another:
